Coronavirus: N.B. top doctor says orange phase guidelines ‘didn’t work,’ looking at further measures

New Brunswick’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Jennifer Russell on Wednesday said that the government is looking at the current situation of cases steadily rising in the province and may have to increase restrictions after the “orange phase didn’t work around the province.”
