Many municipalities in and around Montreal are adopting more measures to curb the spread of COVID-19. New lockdown regulations are being put in place by West Island mayors in addition to those already set by Quebec lawmakers. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, it can lead to confusing times for people just trying to figure out what’s permitted and what’s forbidden.
