Trudeau shuffles cabinet, new ministers sworn-in during virtual ceremony

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has shuffled his cabinet and on Tuesday the new ministers participated in a virtual swearing-in ceremony. Marc Garneau was sworn-in as Canada’s new foreign affairs minister, François-Philippe Champagne became the new innovation, science and industry minister, Jim Carr became the special representative for the prairies and Omar Alghabra became the new transport minister.
