World Health Organization director-general Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on Monday said an international team of scientists and experts from a variety of countries, including Australia, Qatar and the U.K. among others, are going to travel to China to work with their Chinese counterparts to investigate the origin of COVID-19. Tedros said the research that’ll be conducted could help with understanding and preventing future global pandemics.
