A semi-truck suddenly jackknifes, hits a support pillar at the Dollarton Overpass and flips, causing traffic chaos for hours on the Lower Mainland. North Vancouver RCMP says a 47 year old Surrey man was taken into custody for impaired driving and driving while prohibited. Catherine Urquhart reports.
