B.C. officials announce liquor sales ordered to stop at 8 p.m. on New Year’s Eve

Dr. Bonnie Henry announces a temporary revision to B.C.’s food and liquor serving order to stop alcohol sales at bars, restaurants and retail stores at 8 p.m. PT on New Year’s Eve. Henry says the province is announcing the revision to reduce the risk of virus transmission associated with alcohol consumption.
