Coronavirus: Biden says ‘very tough’ times to come amid 2nd wave, but optimistic for U.S. future

While he provided an optimistic vision for the United States in the coming years pertaining to the economy, racial equality, clean energy and more, president-elect Joe Biden said on Tuesday “the next few weeks and months are going to be very tough,” even as the country continues to live through the pandemic’s second wave, perhaps even “the toughest.”
