Gen. Rick Hillier, head of the Ontario COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution Task Force, discussed on Tuesday the first two phases of the province’s COVID-19 vaccination rollout plan, stating that they hope to vaccinate around 8.5 million people in the province by “the end of June or early July” 2021.
