Political opposition frustrated by N.S. premier’s prorogation of the legislature

Friday marked Stephen McNeil’s last day at province house as premier of Nova Scotia. He moved to prorogue the legislature, marking the official end of the fall sitting. It all lasted than 20 minutes, something that’s a major frustration for the political opposition. Elizabeth McSheffrey reports.
