Canada dedicating ‘every resource’ to search for missing Winnipeg CAF member, Trudeau says

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Tuesday said Canada is dedicating “every resource” to the search for Master Sailor Duane Earle of Winnipeg, a member of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) believed to have gone overboard from HMCS Winnipeg about 1,000 kilometres west of San Francisco.
