Quebec premier calls on police to crack down as Quebecers alerted rules will be enforced

The Quebec government hasn’t ruled out another lockdown over the holidays. While he admits it’s still a possibility, the premier says he’s hoping to avoid it. As Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports, he’s instructed police to ramp up ticketing violators to try to ensure that Quebecers follow the rules.
