The Quebec government hasn’t ruled out another lockdown over the holidays. While he admits it’s still a possibility, the premier says he’s hoping to avoid it. As Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports, he’s instructed police to ramp up ticketing violators to try to ensure that Quebecers follow the rules.
