Ontario auditor general says virtual care expansion moving too slow, more work to be done

Ontario’s Auditor General Bonnie Lysyk revealed in her annual report that the province’s expansion of virtual health-care services was “rudimentary and slow” leading up to the COVID-19 pandemic, and will need more work to deliver communication technologies to be effective and sustainable after the global crisis ends.
