Poisonous powder found in Edmonton dog park used to mark group run

A warning from police Sunday about a red poisonous substance found at Buena Vista off-leash park after a dog needed emergency surgery. As Chris Chacon reports, police said the red power was found in more than 30 spots in the snow and was unintentionally used to mark a scheduled park run.
