The Integrated Homicide unit has made an arrest in a 12-year-old murder case. 31-year-old James Groves was shot inside a home in Surrey’s Whalley neighbourhood in 2008. Now, 36-year-old David Fitzpatrick has been charged with second-degree murder in the death.
