Ontario Premier Doug Ford expressed frustration with individuals not following COVID-19 measures, stating Wednesday the province is at a “critical stage” amid the pandemic. “We have to start listening,” Ford said, “or this is going to be at 6,000 cases a day as we saw the trend.”
