B.C. health officials report 998 new cases of COVID-19, five additional deaths in 48-hour period

Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry announces 998 new COVID-19 cases on Monday, Nov. 9, for two reporting periods. There were 536 new cases from Saturday to Sunday and 462 new cases from Sunday to Monday, bringing the total number of cases in the province to 18,714.
