Ontario Finance Minister Rod Phillips outlined Thursday what he said was a “three-pronged” $187-billion plan to recover from COVID-19, which he said would boost health investments to $15.2 billion, include $13.5 billion in “direct support for families, workers and employees as well as $11.3 billion in cash-flow support. He said the budget would also include $4.8 billion to “protect and create jobs.”
