U.S. election: Biden says he believes he’s ‘on track to win,’ citing mail-in ballots

U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden addressed his supporters in Wilmington, Delaware, just after election night midnight where he said he believes “he’s on track to win this election.” He urged his supporters to hang tight and wait as results might be delayed while counting mail-in ballots.
