Coronavirus: Quebec red zones enter restrictions extension, premier reassures Quebecers

Quebec Premier François Legault reassured Quebecers on Thursday that the province’s pandemic situation remains stable and under control, as red zone areas enter in the restrictions extension period expected to last until Nov. 23. He said Quebec avoided worst scenarios but must not “get too confident.”
