The victim of a tragic traffic incident involving a semi truck’s converter dolly in Edmonton Wednesday morning has been identified as 36-year-old Edmonton Catholic Schools teacher Meghan Weis. Breanna Karstens-Smith reports live from the scene on Lessard Road in west Edmonton.
