Kelowna’s mayor says anti-COVID message spray-painted on city hall building is not only criminal but misguided

A big clean-up is underway at Kelowna City Hall after some major vandalism damage was done to the civic property. The building was spray-painted overnight but it’s no ordinary graffiti tagging. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the building was used to spread anti-COVID messages.
