It has been nearly three weeks since a 19-year-old Mississauga resident Jagrajan Brar died after being struck by an alleged drunk driver. Now, his family says their sense of grief is turning to fear and anger because the accused could get bail as early as Wednesday. Catherine McDonald reports.
