Prime Minister Justin Trudeau addressed the notion of “mixed messaging” from both political and health leadership across the country on the novel coronavirus, saying the way to combat the pandemic right now is more targeted and less universal, which is leading to some of the confusion. Trudeau added that the message in the spring of everyone locking down is something nobody wants, so the message now has to be more complicated.
