Halloween is back in the Greater Moncton area now that Zone 1 has reverted back to the yellow phase of COVID-19 health alerts. While not everyone is opting to go door to door, one Moncton woman is going above and beyond to make sure trick or treaters are safe. Shelley Steeves reports.
