U.S. Director fo National Security John Ratcliffe said Wednesday that Iran is behind a series of emails to voters containing both intimidating threats to vote for particular candidates, as well as false information about voting. He said both Iran and Russia have obtained voter information in their efforts to interfere in the upcoming presidential election.
