Quebec’s Health Minister Christian Dubé said on Friday that a new data report is showing the COVID-19 restrictions imposed at the beginning of October have changed the trend of the coronavirus spread, and urged Quebecers to continue limiting their contacts and remain vigilant as the situation remains “fragile.”
