For the second time this year, thousands of Ontario businesses face closure or restrictions because of rising coronavirus cases. Indoor dining, public moviegoing and trips to the gym in Toronto, Ottawa and Peel Region are out. As Seán O’Shea reports, the restrictions are in place for at least 28 days starting on Saturday.
