Pincher Creek’s Pioneer Village offers socially-distanced Halloween fun

Kootenai Brown Pioneer Village in Pincher Creek is opening its doors on Oct. 31 for trick-or-treating and other Halloween festivities. As Emily Olsen reports, the venue has received a green light for its COVID-19 health and safety measures.
