Saskatchewan’s chief medical officer of Health Dr. Saqib Shahab provided a COVID-19 update on Thursday where he discussed an outbreak at a religious gathering in Prince Albert. Shahab says the gathering is “particularly concerning” and is likely to lead to COVID cases in communities in the province’s “north and far north.”
