It was a murderous rampage that left four Penticton seniors dead in the spring of 2019. Today the man accused of killing them was supposed to begin his trial but on the first day of what was supposed to be a four week trial in Supreme Court in Kelowna–a surprise turn of events–one that no longer requires a trial.
