Manitoba’s chief public health officer Dr. Brent Roussin told reporters on Monday that the province would be providing “specific guidance” in the upcoming weeks on the Halloween guidelines amid the COVID-19 pandemic, saying “if we’re going to have any sense of Halloween,” it would have to be done in a way that “limits many, many contacts.”
