Ontario’s Deputy Premier and Health Minister Christine Elliott said on Monday that the province will be unveiling a fall preparedness plan starting on Tuesday, saying that its been in the works for months now and will include increased testing that is projected to reach a maximum capacity of 50,000 tests per day.
