York Regional Police say the incident occurred on Wednesday after officers responded to reports of a stolen vehicle in Vaughan. York police said the car was followed by their helicopter into Peel Region, where a crash happened. The suspect was arrested shortly after attempting to carjack “numerous vehicles,” officers said.
