Health Minister Patty Hajdu said Tuesday she couldn’t rule out another full economic shut down if Canada is hit with a second wave of COVID-19, but acknowledged that such an action “would be very difficult” for the country. She said the government has learned a lot, and is more prepared going into the “next stage.”
