Lethbridge woman who killed her mother has parole revoked

Parole has been revoked for a Lethbridge woman who admitted to stabbing her mother to death in 2016. As Quinn Campbell reports, the Parole Board of Canada said the decision was made because of a decline in Jessica Praill’s mental health.
