B.C. fall pandemic healthcare planning

The provincial government is planning to spend hundreds of millions of dollars and create thousands of new jobs to make the healthcare system more robust ahead of the fall flu season. A widespread vaccination program is also going to be part of the plan. Richard Zussman reports
