Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry says she will provide more guidance on Halloween festivities closer to Oct. 31 and the celebrations will not be cancelled in British Columbia. Henry explains why nightclub restrictions have been reintroduced and why closures will decrease risks during the pandemic.
