Nova Scotia health officials are reporting no new cases of the coronavirus on Wednesday. There are currently three active cases in the province. The most recent case reported on Monday was a home care nurse in the central zone, said top doctor Robert Strang in a Wednesday COVID-19 provincial update alongside Premier Stephen McNeil.
