A Lebanese rescue worker said Thursday that signs of life have been detected in the rubble of at least one building destroyed by the Aug. 4 explosion at Beirut’s port. Eddy Bitar told Reuters that a censor provided by a Chilean rescue team had detected a pulse somewhere in the wreckage.
