New fence erected along ‘vulnerable’ section of Canada-U.S. border in British Columbia

Video shows a new ‘cable barrier system’ erected along a portion of Zero Avenue in B.C.’s Lower Mainland. U.S. officials say the fence is meant to prevent vehicles from accidentally or purposefully crossing the border.
