There were 12 new probable and confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus reported in Manitoba Tuesday. Speaking to reporters, Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister said most of these new cases were travel related, and urged the province’s residents to look at the lower number of positive test numbers over the total number of confirmed cases since the virus outbreak began.
