MPs are back in action on Parliament Hill today, but Prime Minister Justin Trudeau won’t be there. The House of Commons is sitting so the Liberals can pass a bill to extend their wage-subsidy program. Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer is accusing Trudeau of hiding because of the scandal over his family’s involvement in the WE Charity initially being awarded a sole-source contract to run a student volunteer program.
