Coronavirus: Provinces can reopen as long as public health capacity is present, Dr. Njoo says

Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Deputy Public Health Officer of Canada Dr. Howard Njoo said that in his opinion, as long as the public health “capacity” was there to deal with a possible second spike of COVID-19, that provinces could continue to reopen at a cautious rate.
