Vancouver outdoor pools set to reopen with COVID-19 restriction

Some outdoor pools in Vancouver will reopen Monday but tickets must be booked in advance online and as Grace Ke reports, there was so much interest in swim time that the online reservation service crashed briefly on Sunday.
