Finance Minister Bill Morneau said on Wednesday, as part of the government’s economic and fiscal snapshot, that if they keep the COVID-19 transmission rate in decline they can ensure a stable and steady economic recovery. He also said the snapshot is intended to encapsulate the period of time until the end of the current fiscal year in March 2021, saying predicting further is not possible.
