Alberta government Bill 32 proposes major changes to union strike rules and funding

Labour unions are accusing the UCP government of attacking workers’ rights in the heart of a job crisis. The province introduced legislation Tuesday designed to drive up investment in Alberta, but as provincial affairs reporter Tom Vernon explains, it includes several changes to how unions can operate.
