A Peterborough man is accused of assaulting a police officer following a crash in the city’s north end on Friday night.
The crash happened in the area of St. Pauls and Herbert streets. The driver and a passenger allegedly fled the scene. The driver was later located and allegedly resisted arrest and assaulted an officer.
