Three children killed after Montérégie tractor accident

Three children have died and seven others have been injured after a tractor accident in the quiet hamlet of Notre-Dame-de-Stanbridge in the Montérégie. Global’s Brayden Jagger Haines reports that the tractor’s driver has been arrested.
