Toronto city council debates future of police reform

After weeks of protests, the City of Toronto spent the majority of its meeting debating how policing in the city will continue. While some progress has been made to ensure a closer look at the Toronto police budget, amendments looking at a cut to the budget did not. Matthew Bingley reports.
