Coronavirus: How stress and fatigue is taking its toll in the pandemic

COVID-19 has not only upended our lives physically but also psychologically. A recent Angus Reid poll found 31 % of Canadians said they feel worn out/fatigued, 28 % feel anxious, and 22% are worried. Dawna Friesen speaks with Susan Whitbourne, a professor of psychological and brain sciences at the University of Massachusetts, for some insight on what all that stress is doing to our brains.
